A few weeks ago, Radio Friend Yesi Ortiz joined me for her first Hike @ Runyon Canyon. I thought it was really cool to expose her to such a great experience. There is something very inspiring about this type of workout.... The view is out of control !!!! THOUGHT FREEDOM
