Most of the time I am really active with my personal blog, however with the goals that I have for my new website HEAVYSETtoHEALTHY.com and some additional projects, I haven't really given this page the love that it deserves. So rather than come up with a prolific new post as to why I have been M.I.A. let me just tell you about some of the new sites that I have been working on. Vanya Joseph & Marta Cena are two amazing Radio Friends that I have known for the past eight years. Each of them bring so much to the table and have a unique quality of entertainment.
