What up.... Friday Nights event was tons of fun. I made my way to The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood for The 5th Annual Dinner of The Cathy's Kids Foundation hosted by Los Angeles Laker, Lamar Odom.... Entertainment Website, Hollyscoop.com sent me to get the scoop on this nights events. LA Lakers superstar, Lamar Odom & Nike team up for the 5th Anniversary Dinner of the Cathy's Kids Organization held at The Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. Cathy's Kids is an organization designed to enrich the youth via sports education and mentorship. Team Odom has been an instrumental force in the success of the foundation which was established in March of 2004. Lamar Odom who hosted the event, was joined by, Derek Fisher, Joshua Powell, Luke Walton, Penny Marshall, Bai Ling, Dania Ramirez, Damon Wayans Jr., and DJ Felli Fel. 

Odom told Hollyscoop about the importance of the nights event, "I mean its fun, It means a lot to me, Its all about giving back." Teammate Derek Fisher commented, "I'm here tonight to support Lamar and the Cathy's Kids foundation. Lamar is such a big piece in what were trying to do on the court, but his personality off the court is very important to our team also."

Aside from being a great basketball player, Lamar also has several different business affairs lined up. His t-shirt line called Rich Soil can currently be picked up Metropark Stores. As for a Restaurant in the works, He tells us, "Uhhh yeah i think so, haha. Its gonna be called East." As for a rumored love life with Taraji P. Henson, Lamar explains, "Thats my friend and we'll keep it at that. She's shooting a movie as a matter of fact, very proud and I always wish the best for her."

MTV's The Hills has been a ratings powerhouse for the past few years, However with the upcoming departure of Lauren Conrad, we wanted to find out what's next for the cast. Hollyscoop recently spoke with Audrina Patridge at the "Into the Blue 2: The Reef" DVD Premiere Party poolside @ The Beverly Hilton. "I am doing my own reality show with Mark Burnett, I'm so excited, Ya know we shopped it around this past week and last week and we'll have an announcement soon." She goes on to explain the shows concept, "Its basically my journey after the hills and its gonna be a little more spicier edgier and older. I may or may not be living in LA." 

Although Audrina hasn't made an official announcement about the home of her Reality TV Project, She explained that it was definitely time to move on from The Hills, "You know I really felt like its ran its course and your ready to move on." 

Venturing from one reality show to the next could be a bit risky as was the case with Whitney Port of The City. However Audrina is pretty confident that with a solid home base anything is possible, "Although I do sometimes want privacy when I am sick or dont feel good, But thats kinda when I just go back to my parents house were I will just stay in and not go out." 

Soon enough the Orange County native will have even less privacy as her Reality Show is already creating a major buzz !!!!

Snoop Dogg Event - Avalon, Hollywood

What Up.... Last night I got a chance to check out the Snoop Dogg performance @ Avalon in Hollywood. I hit the Red Carpet w/ HOLLYSCOOP.COM to get the word on the nights events. Snoop Dogg's West Coast Performance @ Avalon marked the first Live HD Broadcast via Microsoft Silverlight. While on the Red Carpet we also got some interesting feedback on the release of Eminem's New Music Video, "We Made You."

Rapper Eminem is back on the scene with new music and a new music video. "We Made You" is the latest celebrity attacking video that has everyone talking. Set to release a new Album on May 19th, Slim Shady has already taken stabs at Kim Kardashian, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohen, & Ellen Degeneres. Eminem has been away from the spotlight for the past couple years due to the 2006 death of childhood friend and rapper, DeShaun "Proof" Holton who passed away during a gunfire dispute. The new viral video expresses the growth and resurgence of Marshal Mathers music career. 

Hollyscoop caught up with the stars to get their view on Eminem's new music and their opinions on his crazy video. Comedian Kevin Hart tells us about being a true fan, "Of course I am, I havnt seen it yet but thats what Eminem has been so it shows that he hast changed. He hasnt lost his personality or sense of humor." Eva Marcelle formerly of ANTM explained, "Emminem is a goof troop he's always been one to kinda poke fun at whats popular." Eva goes on to defend Kim Kardashian by saying, "That girl cant help her butt thats how she was born."

We asked Snoop Dogg if he was excited about new upcoming music from Eminem, Jokingly he said, "Are you, well thats what your suppose to be." Not exactly a solid answer but we could tell that the always hilarious Snoop Dogg is generally excited about the release. Actress, Vida Guerra spoke on the insanity of the new video, "Its all in fun, at least they are talking about you right." She speaks from experience as Rapper, The Game poked fun at the Video Vixen a few years back with the song, "Wouldn't get far."

Grubbing @ The Palm Restaurant

It isn't everyday that you just step out and have a Fancy Lunch, But the other day Radio Personality, Rick Dees decided to treat the entire Morning Show to an amazing afternoon. I am usually the type that gets by with Cereal and/or a can of Tuna, So.... having a great time with good friends definitely meant a lot. I have had an amazing time working on the show and am glad to have grown in such a positive way. A Random Afternoon @ The Palm is always a good time. I am truly Blessed & Thankful !!!!  Peace & Thought Freedom
