Over the years Radio has been one of the biggest passions of my life. My Childhood dream consisted of accomplishing work as a professional broadcaster. Fortunately The Radio Industry has led me to work in some great markets such as Las Vegas, Los Angles, Riverside, Bakersfield, & Palm Springs. Summer In The City

Growing up in Southern California I have always embraced the insanity that is, Big City Life. Nothing screams Big City like a Summer Vacation in New York. Welcome to 2010, we have officially stepped into another decade and "Twenty Ten" is sure to bring more surprises, challenges, and accomplishments.... It seems like so much has changed, that I could only imagine how much technology will continue to be plugged into our lives. Anyhow, I am excited about the new year and everything that it will bring. For me personally, Health and Fitness will be on the forefront as I have ventured from 285 pounds to a Fresh 165 pounds in the past few years. Weight Loss Results do indeed take some time, but consistency is the virtue that I strongly believe in.... So many great things are going on right now, But in 2010 you will see more and more information about my workout regimen along with my new Love.... my developing (Self Help) website titled HeavysettoHealthy.com !!!! The site will explore different sides of the Health and Fitness Genre, Basically its the inspiration to the average couch potato looking to kickstart their workout. American Latino TV - Weight Loss Segment

Most of my life I have battled with weight and obesity. Being overweight was something that I always felt very comfortable with. However in the middle of 2008, I suddenly got the motivation to achieve my own weight loss goals. The road would prove to be difficult but with patience and persistence things really began to come together. Flashing forward to the present, I am happy to say that (staying healthy) has now become the norm.... I am very honored that American Latino TV has taken the time to profile my inspiring story. The Program which is hosted and produced by, Daisy Fuentes will be airing this weekend with a repeat run in Late December. The Los Angeles Viewers will be able to see the show on Sat Night / Sun Morning at 3:30am or on Sunday Afternoon at 4pm. American Latino broadcasts on ABC 7 here in Los Angeles.
